Enigma Hopped IPA.

A cheeky play with a new hop on the pilot kit. Expect notes of redcurrant, melon and citrus. An intriguing possibility for the future.

🌾 原料

Malt: Propino Pale Malt (4.1 kilograms) Hops: Enigma (2.5 grams) - start bitter Hops: Enigma (10 grams) - middle flavour Hops: Enigma (37.5 grams) - end flavour Yeast: Wyeast 1056 - American Ale™ & Wyeast 1272 - American Ale II™

- Jalapeño poppers with blue cheese dip - T-bone steak with fried onions - Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting

🔬 酿造贴士

Enigma has a very high alpha acid so be careful not to over do the bittering hops.
