German-Hopped New England IPA.

The last planned twist on King of Eights for the foreseeable future, this version showcases the flavours of new German hops in a lightly hazy New England IPA.

🌾 原料

Malt: Pale Ale (5.16 kilograms) Malt: Wheat Malt (0.36 kilograms) Malt: Flaked Oat Malt (0.6 kilograms) Hops: Citra (2 grams) - 70 Bitter Hops: Citra (30 grams) - 10 Aroma Hops: Ariana (80 grams) - Dry Hop Aroma Hops: Huell Melon (80 grams) - Dry Hop Aroma Yeast: Wyeast 1272

🔬 酿造贴士

Don't cool the beer too cold after fermentation or you will loose the haze, 3°C should do.
