Double Dry-Hopped IPA.

A 4.6% tart pale ale. It has a twist of tartness up-front, with juicy sour fruit notes dominating the palate.

🌾 原料

Malt: Pale Ale (5.16 kilograms) Malt: Wheat Malt (0.36 kilograms) Malt: Flaked Oat Malt (0.6 kilograms) Hops: Simcoe (2 grams) - 60 Bitter Hops: Simcoe (30 grams) - 0 Aroma Hops: Citra (100 grams) - Dry Hop, at Day 6 Aroma Hops: Comet (100 grams) - Dry Hop, at Day 8 Aroma Yeast: Wyeast 1272
