酒款描述

Mango Brut IPA.

A sophisticated Brut. Pours vibrant pale yellowy-orange. Tropical fruit on the nose. Lemon citrus, white grapes and floral notes with a big juicy mango hit and a deft touch of spice. Delivered Sahara dry with champagne like effervescence.

Malt: Pilsner Malt (3.96 kilograms) Hops: Hallertauer Taurus (5 grams) - 70 Bitter Hops: Saphir (30 grams) - 0 Aroma Hops: Saphir (40 grams) - Dry Hop Aroma Hops: Aurora (80 grams) - Dry Hop Aroma Hops: Mosaic (40 grams) - Dry Hop Aroma Yeast: Wyeast 1272
