2013 Prototype Red Rye IPA.
Interstellar is a Red Rye IPA with spicy rye flavours from the malt and with great all-round spicy, fruity and earthy hop aromas from the use of Willamette and Amarillo.
Malt: Extra Pale (3.81 kilograms) Malt: Rye (0.5 kilograms) Malt: Crystal 150 (0.56 kilograms) Malt: Dark Crystal (0.19 kilograms) Malt: Acidulated Malt (0.13 kilograms) Hops: Magnum (25 grams) - start bitter Hops: Willamette (12.5 grams) - middle flavour Hops: Amarillo (12.5 grams) - middle flavour Hops: Willamette (25 grams) - end flavour Hops: Amarillo (25 grams) - end flavour Hops: Amarillo (125 grams) - dry hop aroma Hops: Willamette (125 grams) - dry hop aroma Yeast: Wyeast 1056 - American Ale™

Be careful with the rye malt in the run off. It can lead to stuck mashes and extended collection periods.
