Scottish Sour Ale.

Fragrant combination of gooseberries and elderflower amplified by incorporating in to a Scottish sour ale.

🌾 原料

Malt: Weyernmann Pils (1.15 kilograms) Malt: Wheat (0.8 kilograms) Malt: Crystal Light (40) (0.15 kilograms) Malt: Flaked Oats (0.2 kilograms) Hops: Magnum (2.0 grams) - 90 14% Alpha Hops: H. Blanc (8.0 grams) - Flame Out 10% Alpha Yeast: House Brett Blend
