Botanical Berliner Weisse

Our Blitz series sees us brew up low abv, super tart Berliner Weisse, and generally infuse them with bags of sour fruit flavour – but this batch uses gin botanicals instead.

Malt: Maris Otter (1.5 kilograms) Malt: Wheat (1.5 kilograms) Hops: Bramling Cross (6 grams) - Start Bitter Hops: Juniper Berry (400 grams) - Start Aroma Hops: Coriander (20 grams) - Start Aroma Hops: Orange Peel (155 grams) - Start Aroma Yeast: Wyeast 1056 - American Ale™
