An 8% East Coast IPA with eight hops, to celebrate the eight breweries featuring at our Punk AGM 2018; Cloudwater, Deya, Magic Rock, Stillwater, The Bruery, Northern Monk, Seventh Son, and of course, us.
Malt: Pale Ale (4.8 kilograms) Malt: Weyermann Carapils Malt (0.48 kilograms) Malt: Wheat Malt (1.2 kilograms) Hops: Magnum (8 grams) - 10 Flavour Hops: Mandarina Bavaria (20 grams) - Whirlpool Aroma Hops: Chinook (20 grams) - Whirlpool Aroma Hops: Hallertauer Blanc (20 grams) - Whirlpool Aroma Hops: Citra (50 grams) - Dry Hop Aroma Hops: German Comet (50 grams) - Dry Hop Aroma Hops: Chinook (50 grams) - Dry Hop Aroma Hops: Mosaic (50 grams) - Dry Hop Aroma Hops: Nelson Sauvin (50 grams) - Dry Hop Aroma Yeast: Wyeast 1272
