Passionfruit New England IPA.

A very juicy New England IPA with amazing tropical and passionfruit aromas, brewed for Fanzine.

🌾 原料

Malt: Pale Ale (2.94 kilograms) Malt: Wheat Malt (2.94 kilograms) Hops: Hallertauer Taurus (10 grams) - 30 Flavour Hops: Simcoe CO2 Extract (4 grams) - 30 Bitter Hops: Centennial (10 grams) - 10 Flavour Hops: Centennial (20 grams) - 0 Aroma Hops: Mosaic (20 grams) - 0 Aroma Hops: Centennial (80 grams) - Dry Hop Aroma Hops: Mosaic (80 grams) - Dry Hop Aroma Hops: Aurora (80 grams) - Dry Hop Aroma Yeast: Wyeast 1272

🔬 酿造贴士

For maximum passionfruit flavour, scoop out the passion fruit, blend in a food processor then freeze in a sterile container to sanitise without chemicals or alcohol, defrost and add to the beer. Don't worry about seeds as they'll sink to the bottom.
